I'm a Ph.D. Candidate in Computer Science at the University of Miskolc, Hungary, specializing in text-to-semantic applications and expected to finalize in August 2024. My research focuses on innovative sentence parsing methods for Automatic Question Generation. As a Lecturer at Debre Markos University, Ethiopia, I teach courses in Machine Learning and NLP, while mentoring students on impactful projects like gender bias detection in machine translation. Arba Minch University, Ethiopia Developed a Diphone-Based Amharic Text to Speech System utilizing Festival and Festvox framework, with a focus on enhancing Amharic Speech Synthesis. Implemented on Fedora OS.
- Bachelor Project work. 2006– 2008 B.Sc. in Computer Science, Mekelle University, Mekelle, Ethiopia. Mekelle University, Ethiopia Spearheaded the development of an Amharic Word Processor using C#, marking a significant milestone in localization and programming skills.
